Come and enjoy a holiday classic on the big screen! A Christmas Story, ranked as one of the very best Christmas films ever, chronicles the comic mishaps and adventures of a young boy in the 1940s named Ralph who tries to convince his parents, teachers and Santa that a Red Ryder BB gun really is the perfect Christmas gift. The beloved film was selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress in 2012 for being “culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant.” One of the most watched programs broadcast on Christmas Day, the 1983 film is presented annually on TBS and TNT in a 24-hour marathon each year. Now you can experience A Christmas Story as it was meant to be seen, on the big screen, at the Odeon’s free Classic Movie night on December 15. Donations accepted.
