During the first week of April the Odeon presents the fourth season of the Mason Chamber Music Festival. Music for string quartet and larger string ensembles is featured this season, with a special nod to the royal sound of the cello.
In the final performance of the Festival, the Artisan Quartet is joined by pianist Toby Blumenthal and string bassist Chris Flores playing the music of Franz Schubert and Joaquin Turina at a free afternoon concert at the Methodist Church.
